Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, when she gave up gymnastics. In the span of a year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years setting up new goals. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took the first six years of competition to get her college diploma. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the event. In the summer of 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectation. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Ariel competed against the best of top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her body every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It consists of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as seated rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the work outs. Ariel will also make use of every minute. Converting all the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
